CLE TRAINING

Real casework. Real credit.

Most MCLE hours are forgettable. These classes are built differently, drawn from decades of hands-on work in California criminal defense, discovery review, and legislative analysis, and designed around decisions attorneys actually face. Every class is prepared for submission to the State Bar of California for MCLE approval, with complete participant materials included. If your firm or organization needs training on a specific subject, we design custom classes on the topics you choose and handle the approval submission.

The Source Behind the Summary

AI-generated evidence, juvenile digital conversations, and the legal work of verification.

A 60-minute class for California attorneys on evaluating AI-generated and AI-assisted evidence. Covers the NCSC framework for AI evidence, authentication and foundation for screenshots and social media, review protocols for juvenile digital conversations, the records that must be retained under Penal Code section 13663 for AI-assisted police reports, and Brady/Giglio issue spotting for AI draft materials. Participants leave with checklists, request language, and worksheets they can use the next day.
